As our industry faces a great deal of uncertainty related to COVID-19, xtraCHEF is committed to supporting restaurants in any way that we can.
In addition to resources to help restaurant operators and employees respond to the outbreak, we’d like to share the following measures that we’re taking to support restaurants during this challenging time.
For xtraCHEF Customers
We Will Defer March 2020 Billing
We know that every bit of cash matters at this time, so in an effort to ease any immediate cash flow concerns, we’re deferring March billing by 60 days.
Don’t Scan, Don’t Pay for April 2020
For the month of April 2020, we will not be billing customers who aren’t actively using xtraCHEF. In other words, there’s no need for customers to negotiate pricing for any units that are closed due to COVID-19.
Free Trials of Recipe & Inventory Management

Free 90-Day Trial of xtraCHEF
Now more than ever, cutting down on food costs and streamlining operations is top-of-mind for restaurant operators, so we’re offering a free 90-day trial of xtraCHEF to all eligible members* of the restaurant community.
