Explain your role at xtraCHEF.
I lead the engineering team at xtraCHEF.  I am responsible for co-developing the product innovation strategy with the CTO.

What did you do before you came xtraCHEF?
Before coming xtraCHEF, I was in a role in which I was responsible for leading and managing solutions and delivery portfolios, as well as overseeing onshore and offshore resources to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction.

What do you love about xtraCHEF?

I love the freedom I have to apply my experience and knowledge to solve day to day challenges of the hospitality world.

Why are you passionate about the restaurant industry?
Everyone love food and socializing. Cooking is a true art. Working in a restaurant teaches you skills that are essential to life, such as tolerance, patience, multitasking and more.

What do you do when you’re not working?
I am a true believer that we should give back to society. Outside of family time, I coordinate and participate in beach cleaning activities. I also work with American Red Cross to help them organize and manage blood drives.
