Explain your role at xtraCHEF.

I am an Account Manager. I act as the point of contact for our customers, tying together our product, support, and customer success teams to ensure each customers is getting the most out of our platform.

What did you do before you came xtraCHEF? 

Before working at xtraCHEF, I operated all different restaurant concepts – from fast casual to full service – around Manhattan.

What do you love about xtraCHEF? 

I love the Operational Features that come out of xtraCHEF. In particular, I find a lot of value in the food cost and budget reports that we offer. In my restaurant days, I used to have to do that by hand each morning to track my COGS and spend. I love being able to help our customers ditch a lot of this manual admin work so they can focus on what they do best.

Why are you passionate about the restaurant industry? 

I’ve always been passionate about creating memorable moments around food. The restaurant industry is unique because it’s not just about the food, but the overall experience that the food helps to create.

What do you do when you’re not working? 

When I’m not working, I’m traveling or planning my next trip. My vacations are usually very centered around food and its always interesting to see where my latest craving leads me.
