Explain your role at xtraCHEF.
I’m an Account Executive and part of the sales team here at xtraCHEF. My main role is working with both restaurant groups and Accounting/Bookkeeping firms to share how xtraCHEF can help solve existing challenges, save time, and streamline processes for their teams.
What did you do before you came xtraCHEF?
Prior to xtraCHEF, I worked for another restaurant tech company called, HotSchedules. Before joining the restaurant tech space I was operating in Food & Beverage departments of hotel brands like Hyatt and Marriott.
What do you love about xtraCHEF?
I love that our team all has a connection to the industry, I think that’s so important. Since we all know what it’s like to be a part of a restaurant, it’s great that we are able to work together with our customers to find solutions that can allow them to drive their businesses.
Why are you passionate about the restaurant industry?
I’ve always had a passion for food, and a restaurant invites you into a food experience that you’re sharing with family and friends. Plus just it’s a really fun industry to be a part of! Back when I worked in restaurants I loved that every day was exciting, fast-paced, and you were always meeting new people and learning new things.
What do you do when you’re not working?
In more normal times, you would find me traveling as much as possible, but now I’m excited to get some road trips planned. Hands down my favorite part of traveling is trying new restaurants!
What’s your best WFH tip?
Make sure your desk setup is close to a window, natural light is key!
