I work with our Business Development team, reaching out to restaurants to share how xtraCHEF can help them streamline their back-of-house operations.
What did you do before you came to xtraCHEF?
I worked importing, exporting, and selling dried fruits and nuts.
What do you love about xtraCHEF?
We have a great team and fun office culture which makes it enjoyable to come to work every morning.
Why are you passionate about the restaurant industry?
I’ve grown up around the restaurant industry. My grandparents started a catering service starting back in the 40’s that my family has run ever since and I’ve been in food sales for my entire career.
What do you do when you’re not working?
I love to stream movies and tv with my family (wife, twins, and black lab pup) and play basketball.
