Jaime Oikle, of RunningRestaurants.com, asked xtraCHEF Co-founder & CEO, Andy Schwartz, about the best advice he’s received. The conversation turned into good advice for anyone who wants to build a business or build a team.

“In business, it’s really important to know what you know and know what you don’t know,” said Andy.

“I’ve always been a really big fan of identifying the things that make me successful – the things that I’m good at  – and knowing the things that I’m not good at – and finding great people who help in those areas.

And relying on them and trusting them and really working as a team.”
